Job Description

An Account Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of various projects. As a key member of the managerial team, the Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing account operations, maintaining strong communication with clients, and ensuring the timely execution of initiatives. They work closely with account executives and other team members to align strategies with client goals while providing insightful guidance and support. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts effectively.

  • Monitor the completion of account deliverables and timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account activity and present them to management.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align account goals with client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and present new ideas to clients.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with clients in a professional manner.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to account executives and junior staff.
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to discuss progress.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate billing and account profitability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide clients with expert advice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts effectively and successfully.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential in this role.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
