Job Description

The Account Supervisor is a pivotal role within our organization responsible for overseeing client accounts, ensuring that our service delivery meets the highest standards, and maintaining positive client relationships. This role involves direct collaboration with clients to understand their needs and translating these needs into actionable strategies that align with company goals. The Account Supervisor will lead a team of account executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team performance and client satisfaction. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, an ability to multitask effectively, and a knack for problem-solving. Responsibilities

  • Oversee client accounts ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster long-term engagement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account executives to meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client project goals.
  • Analyze client needs to propose appropriate strategies and solutions that add value.
  • Create and present detailed reports on account status to senior management.
  • Manage resources efficiently to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.
  • Identify potential new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors to offer innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate client meetings and presentations to review progress and outline future strategies.
  • Ensure all account activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools is an asset.
