About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Customer Development & Sales Performance

Develop key enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 companies, listed companies, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and central state-owned enterprises (CSOEs). Identify customer needs, develop and execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets and customer acquisition goals, and continuously expand the business.

  • Solution Development & Sales Execution

Develop integrated logistics and supply chain solutions based on customers' procurement and supply chain needs. Lead commercial negotiations, contract signing, and project implementation to ensure effective execution of sales plans and deliver one-stop logistics solutions.

  • Business Opportunity Development & Customer Management

Continuously identify new business opportunities, manage customer projects and day-to-day account operations, drive business optimization and product adoption, create diversified business application scenarios, and enhance customer engagement and service experience.

  • Market Insight & Cross-functional Collaboration

Monitor industry trends, market developments, and customer needs, provide timely market insights, and collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Business teams to ensure the smooth execution of procurement, fulfillment, delivery, after-sales services, and other business processes.

  • Receivables Management & Customer Relationship Development

Manage accounts receivable for customers with credit terms, ensure timely payment collection, provide ongoing after-sales support, strengthen long-term customer relationships, and continuously improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields are preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, key account development, or customer management. Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or related industries is preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing enterprise customers, conducting commercial negotiations, and independently driving customer acquisition and project implementation.
  • Strong market insight, customer needs analysis, and solution design capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Results-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel as required for business development.
