Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Service / Account Manager with a strong background in the tent industry to manage and grow our client relationships. The ideal candidate will handle both existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, business growth, and seamless project execution. Knowledge of the event sector is preferred. The role requires

occasional travel within the GCC if required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the tent and related industries.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and reports to clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide insights for business development.
• Plan and attend client meetings, events, and site visits, including travel across GCC countries.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in the tent industry.
• Proven experience managing both existing accounts and new business development.
• Understanding of the event management sector is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within GCC countries as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
