Job Overview

Manage existing client relationships for Automotive within Middle East & Africa.

What You Do

  • Key Account Management (KAM): Tender management coordination for cross-market opportunities, story-line / sales pitch,
  • negotiation and coordination of contracting activities, supporting the coordination of deal implementation and B-Partner
  • client onboarding cross-functionally, B-partner client/broker relationship management, business activation, renewal
  • management, growing business through cross- and up-selling, and support remediation plan execution;
  • Focus exclusively on partner satisfaction, retention, and growth metrics in existing business partner relationships
  • Cultivate deep relationships with current partners that evolve from transactional to strategic in nature
  • Create and execute account growth plans with clear pathways to expanded wallet share and solution adoption
  • Expertise in designated industry segment through continuous learning and specialized development
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market shifts affecting your partners
  • Translate broad market knowledge into specific recommendations tailored to each partners unique position
  • Deepen both technical knowledge and business understanding of segment-specific challenges and trends
  • Build and nurture a powerful network of industry influencers, thought leaders, and decision-makers

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’ / Master’s Degree; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in Insurance and/or Retail & Telco industry a requirement. Sound experience in a new Business Development role, with demonstrated track record.
  • Physically fit to carry out duties.
  • Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
  • Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
