Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining effective relationships with key clients. You will act as the primary contact for your clients, understanding their needs, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring their satisfaction through exceptional service. Your goal will be to drive client success and long-term growth by offering tailored solutions and ensuring seamless delivery of services. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on achieving strategic objectives and exceeding client expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client communications.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and report on account performance against agreed metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth in client portfolio.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with information on new product offerings or updates.
  • Analyze client feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights and reports.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
