About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team at Thundr Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software, along with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem resolution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in network engineering or administration.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Experience with network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to support business operations.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Configure and manage network hardware and software to ensure security and efficiency.
• Develop and enforce network policies and procedures to maintain optimal operation.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to upgrade and expand network capabilities.
• Conduct regular network security assessments and implement necessary safeguards.
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance.
