About the Role:

The hiring team is looking for a Senior Named Account Executive to drive strategic growth efforts within the Digital Native segment across Saudi Arabia. Based out of Dubai in a hybrid capacity, you’ll be responsible for leading complex sales cycles from discovery to closure, across a targeted portfolio of high-growth digital native enterprises. You’ll be expected to deliver transformative, enterprise-scale solutions that align closely with client IT architectures and digital transformation agendas. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where deep technical understanding meets elite-level sales leadership. The successful candidate will drive new business acquisition, expertly manage executive-level stakeholder relationships, and align cloud-based networking and security offerings with strategic business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Revenue Generation: Architect and execute territory and account plans to exceed multi-million dollar targets, focusing on both new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities.

Deep Customer & IT Architecture Understanding: Analyze customer technology stacks and align advanced cloud architectures with evolving digital business needs.

Multi-Engagement & Virtual Team Leadership: Simultaneously drive multiple stakeholder engagements, from C-suite to tech leadership, while leading internal cross-functional teams including sales engineers, legal, and product.

Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Deliver highly accurate revenue forecasts through strong control of sales cycles and a deep understanding of customer procurement behavior.

Digital Transformation Influence: Position the platform as a critical enabler of transformation by demonstrating awareness of market trends and strategic enterprise shifts.

Executive-Level Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor, cultivating long-term relationships that result in sustained account growth and partnership.


What Theyre Looking For:

  • 8+ years of advanced enterprise sales experience within technology or SaaS environments, selling into digital-native accounts in Saudi Arabia.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud networking, security, and edge computing, with the ability to position solutions at both technical and strategic levels.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with exceptional presentation and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional deal teams and close six- and seven-figure opportunities.
  • Strong command of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, and proficiency with platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, and collaboration tools.
  • Bachelors degree required, with a preference for a technical discipline (e.g., computer science, MIS, engineering).
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
