About The Role

We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business acquisition across SMEs and mid-market companies in the UAE. This role is focused on acquiring new corporate clients, building a strong pipeline, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

The ideal candidate comes with proven B2B sales experience, an active corporate network, and a deep understanding of financial/payment solutions.

What Youll Do

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing SME and mid-market corporate clients
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals
  • Engage decision-makers including CFOs, Finance Managers, HR Heads, and business owners
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value corporate deals while maintaining margin discipline
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Work closely with onboarding, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth client activation

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of proven B2B / corporate sales experience in the UAE
  • Strong track record in customer acquisition with measurable revenue achievements
  • Experience selling to SMEs and mid-market companies
  • Existing portfolio of corporate client relationships and strong UAE network
  • Solid understanding of corporate financial solutions (e.g., WPS, cross-border payments, FX margins, KYC/compliance processes)
  • Ability to independently prospect, negotiate, and close deals
  • Experience in exchange houses, fintech, payments, or banking
  • Strong negotiation and margin management capabilities
  • CRM and pipeline management experience
  • Knowledge of UAE regulatory environment and Central Bank compliance standards
  • Multilingual abilities (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
