Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales strategies and initiatives of our company. You will be expected to generate new business leads, manage client portfolios, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction while also achieving or exceeding set revenue targets. This position demands excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the tenacity to navigate through diverse industry challenges. You must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and target prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and meetings.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare detailed sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and markets.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals set by the sales management team.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate new leads and improve brand visibility.
  • Provide clients with information on new products and services to boost sales.
  • Track and report on sales activities and account statuses to the management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within our industry.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics involved.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport effectively.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and experience with closing sales.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software efficiently.
