As an Account Director - Saudi Arabia you will drive business growth across the Saudi market, working closely with partners and customers to deliver innovative solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint by developing new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning Diebold Nixdorf as a trusted advisor in the banking industry. Responsibilities
Managing and growing strategic, complex customer accounts across the Saudi market
Driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new opportunities within existing accounts
Developing and executing account strategies aligned with business and market objectives
Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders (C-level)
Leading customer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial commercial outcomes
Understanding customer business priorities to position tailored technology solutions
Collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Delivery) to support sales objectives
Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue, and tracking performance against targets
Monitoring account performance and identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on solutions and industry trends
Sharing best practices and insights to support continuous improvement in account management
Essential
QUALIFICATIONS
8–10+ years of experience in Account Management / Sales, preferably in complex solution environments
Proven track record of driving revenue and managing high-value customer accounts
Strong experience in consultative / solution-based sales with complex deal cycles
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and account strategies
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Diploma or equivalent experience
Desired
Industry knowledge in banking and technology-driven environments
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
Fluent Arabic and willingness to travel up to 50%
