WHAT WILL YOU DO?

This role owns the education function within the Middle East & Africa region. You will be responsible for planning, analyzing and optimizing our educational services to our network. You will also help execute all activities related to education within the region, from classroom sessions, to online training and webinars. You will also manage the administrative tasks such as capturing accurate and complete information in our Learning Management System (LMS). That includes registrations, payments, attendee coordination and data entry - according to strategies and management directives.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an independent and initiative person who has a passion for education and trainings. At the same time, it is important to be structured and be able to plan, deploy, report, and analyze education activities to optimize our educational performance. You need to be able to collaborate with various stakeholders and maintain a good and informative dialog regarding the different prioritizes within training and education activities.

Some examples of your responsibilities will be:

• Ensure successful delivery of scheduled training sessions. This includes preparation and coordinating with trainers, venues and marketing.
• Promote Axis trainings internally and externally by providing sufficient information
• Managing administration missions in our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Management of annual training budget
• Reporting surveys/feedback for continuous improvement. You will be expected to maintain data of current setup, but also prepare reports with the Engineering and Training Manager for strategic considerations
• Implement and maintain the Axis Certification Program in the MEA region by internal communication and external campaigns to create awareness and highlight benefits and value to partners.
  
  

We would love to hear from you if you are/have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in education/educational services role, ideally adult education
• Passionate about learning and education
• Able to grasp new systems quickly, Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Interpersonal skills to maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Strong team player with a creative and analytical mindset
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Have excellent written and verbal communication in English, Arabic is considered an added value
