Job Description

• Perform AC and refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work
• Complete assigned daily tasks independently and within the required timeframe
• Respond promptly to technical issues and maintenance concerns
• Monitor workshop tools, spare parts, and stock levels
• Follow hotel safety procedures, operational standards, and emergency protocols
• Maintain professional workmanship and consistently deliver high-quality results
• Work effectively both independently and as part of the Engineering team
• Support task-force assignments, new hotel openings, and other duties as required
  
  

• Diploma or technical certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  
  

• Strong knowledge of AC and refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Familiar with safety standards, emergency procedures, and preventive maintenance
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and emergency call-outs
• Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
• Committed to quality workmanship and continuous improvement
