Responsibilities

• Install new air conditioning systems, including central, split, and window units.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on existing air conditioning equipment at client locations.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctioning air conditioning systems to identify necessary repairs.
• Replace or repair compressors, evaporators, condensers, and other components as needed.
• Handle refrigerant gases safely and comply with environmental and safety regulations.
• Complete all work orders and maintenance logs accurately and efficiently.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding air conditioning operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients to ensure understanding of the service provided and any future actions needed.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to service air conditioning systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies for continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure service quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AC system maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and performance factors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing faults.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different job sites.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that require climbing, bending, and lifting.
