Responsibilities

• Accurately document services performed, parts used, and system statuses during each job.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with a team of technicians and support staff to ensure job efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Purchase materials and equipment needed for scheduled and emergency repairs.
• Offer expert advice on system upgrades, replacements, or new installations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in HVAC systems.
• Minimum of two years of experience in air conditioning repair and maintenance.
• Certified in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning by a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of advanced wiring diagrams, motors, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for service assignments.
