AC Maintenance

HVAC Technician with Valid Driver license

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, with a focus on DIY projects, air conditioning (AC) systems, plumbing and electrical work. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain AC systems, including troubleshooting issues, replacing parts, and performing routine maintenance.
• Perform basic handyman works.
• Conduct electrical repairs and installations, such as wiring, outlets, switches, and light fixtures, while ensuring compliance with electrical codes.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality work.
• Inspect and diagnose issues with DIY, AC, and electrical systems, and develop effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in AC, plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance, with a focus on AC systems, electrical and plumbing. Experience with Inverter units is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge and skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, AC systems, and electrical wiring.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
• Valid drivers license.
