Job Description

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors in Special Education/Masters in Social Work

 

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) qualification preferred.

 

Reporting to: Program Supervisor/Centre Manager

 

Principal responsibility: Ensure effective and efficient delivery of ABA services based on CEMC’s quality standards

 

Responsibilities:

 

Service Delivery and Supervision:

 

  • Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Centre Manager, Program Supervisor and alongside a professional care team, in a collaborative environment
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and/or learning support to children in clinic, home and/school settings for a minimum of 30 hours/week
  • Teach a wide range of skills, including academics, functional living, play, and social skills

·       Implement programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis

·       Collect and record data and update session notes during each session, whether through physical copies or our in-built software

·       Prepare materials and resources relevant to conducting therapy

·       Attend all scheduled team meetings

·       Complete and attend all mandatory trainings, including online and off-line trainings

·       Participate in on-going evaluations during therapy sessions and case review sessions conducted by the BCBA

·       Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times when working with other staff, clients and families.

·       Direct all questions and concerns to supervisors

  • Learn how to record and analyze meaningful data to track progress and effectiveness of program
  • Graph data to effectively map growth and progress over time via our software or Excel
  • Be an integral part of a clinical team
