Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, franchise partners, and multi-brand retailers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence regionally or internationally
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract terms, pricing, margins, and agreement renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (merchandising, supply chain, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth operations
  • Oversee order processing, sales forecasts, product availability, and delivery timelines
  • Monitor market performance, competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends
  • Plan seasonal product assortment with buyers based on market demand and brand positioning
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for senior management

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong background in B2B sales and key account management
  • Experience in fashion, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods wholesale is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial acumen (margins, P&L, forecasting, pricing strategies)
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset
