Micah Solutions, Hiring for a leading fabrication company based in Dubai, currently seeking experienced Welders to join our dynamic team. We are looking for skilled individuals with expertise in Arc and Mig-Tig welding techniques.

As a Welder , you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and blueprints. Your primary goal will be to produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including arc and mig-tig machines
• Weld metal components together using various welding techniques
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary repairs or adjustments
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
  
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding, preferably in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Arc and Mig-Tig welding techniques
• Knowledge of welding symbols and blueprints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good physical stamina and dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
• Valid welding certification is a plus
