Job Description

Strategic

• Review and process warranty claims - Document and track claims - Validate claim legitimacy in line with the Warranty agreement and policy - Liaise with the manufacturer in securing replacement parts - Competently manage a spectrum of administrative tasks and reports for the National Aftersales Operation - Manage Technical Trainings
  
  

Operational

• Prepare warranty claims with proper technical report - Inspect and assess parts and the cause of failure related to claim - Prepare Service history and validate customer compliance in Manufacture recommended intervals of service - Facilitate technical trainings - Assist in creating and maintain Service Contracts in the system - Prepare quotes from different vendors in line with warranty parts disposal - Process claims & monitor approvals - Inspect received replacement parts
  
  

Education & Skills

• Automobile/Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations
• Able to provide diagnostic support on technical issues
• Theoretical and Practical knowledge of modern vehicle systems, function, and troubling shooting.
• Problem solving, activity planning & organising, team building, communication, technical acumen, and probing.
