WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Management of daily operation
Headcount planning based on the specified volume data
Keeping shifts, attendances, absences up to date
Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Evaluation of productivity indicators
Contact with the customers local representative and the transport organization
Participation in continuous development projects
Implementation of best practices
Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
Assessment of operational training needs

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

experience in warehouse operations
College education would be an advantage
Conversational English level; Romanian native
Strong user-level knowledge of Excel, Word, e-mail programs
Minimum 5 years of logistics professional experience
Leadership experience would be an advantage
