Warehouse Clerk

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments from courier companies
• Pick up shipments from Airport/ Sea port
• Handover shipments to customer
• Packing and dispatch of spare parts
• Organize the warehouse and maintain the storage area as well as replenishing the work supplies
• Administrative and organisational duties (e.g. cycle count, aging analyses etc.)
• Close cooperation with spare parts- as well as service and logistics department, print delivery notes
• Updating the ERP system with incoming and outgoing of merchandise
  
  

Competencies

• Completed technical and/or logistics apprenticeship
• Experience in a comparable occupation
• Driving & Forklist license is mandatory
• Good communication skills
• English fluent in both, spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel etc.)
• Experiencend in reporting by email

The Company

This specifically includes mobile and crawler cranes, concrete equipment, duty cycle crawler cranes, material handling equipment in the maritime field, landing gear, flight controls and air management systems as well as components for the aviation industry.
