We are currently seeking a motivated, tech-savvy talent acquisition professional to partner with business leaders to attract, source, assess, and hire the best people to meet the needs of our Gas Services business. In this role, you will seek to drive consistent recruiting practices and ensure exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• End to end responsibility for recruiting in countries within ME region.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the current labour market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligence
• Actively partner with assigned Business Unit leadership teams, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to gain a proven understanding of strategic objectives and job requirements.
• Build and maintain a community of potential future candidates against hiring plans, ensuring excellent communication and experience for our candidates
• Apply creative techniques to proactively identify, source and secure talents through appropriate channels including our ATS, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.
• Assess candidates by conducting phone screens and/or video interviews (live and on demand), document feedback and ensure follow-up with hiring managers
• Take ownership of recruiting projects, such as ramp ups in a country or recruiting drives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process opportunities, standardizing practices, and partnering with the broader TA organization to implement solutions.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition professional gained from an in-house, agency or RPO environment.
• Prior experience in a regional role with large scale complex organizations. Experienced in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple social media and channels such as LinkedIn, etc.
• Analytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decision making
• Customer orientated in managing and exceeding expectations
• A strong work ethic - Sets high standards and works diligently and quickly
• Curious - Has a genuine eagerness to understand, learn and try new things
• Self-motivated - Sees the big picture with a desire to achieve goals and win. Takes initiative and loves the hunt.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
