Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Role

As we continue to scale across regions, were looking for a motivated TA to join our friendly team & support our growth.

This role is for someone who shows up, takes pride in their work, and is genuinely grateful for the opportunities they have. Someone who is generally happy, likes to have a laugh, but also understands that hiring matters and quality can’t be compromised.

• Own the review and assessment of inbound applications across multiple roles

• Carefully screen CVs and applications with attention to quality, relevance, and potential

• Conduct initial interviews and conversations to assess capability, motivation, and fit

• Partner with hiring managers to understand what good looks like beyond a job description

• Manage candidates through the hiring process with clarity, fairness, and respect

• Ensure a positive, human candidate experience at every stage

• Track and maintain accurate hiring data, pipelines, and status updates

• Use hiring metrics and insights (conversion rates, time-to-hire, applicant quality) to continuously improve how we hire

• Support hiring across functions such as Sales and either Tech or Product

• Help ensure we hire people who contribute positively to the team culture and raise the bar

• You’re a good, honest person who treats people with respect

• You’re grateful for the opportunities you’ve had and don’t take them for granted

• You’re generally positive... you bring good energy to work

• You care about doing the job well and never neglect quality

• You see the value in data and use it to get better at what you do

• You’ve supported hiring for Sales and/or Tech or Product roles

• You’re human. Not a robot.

You should ideally have between 1-3 years experience
