Job Description
KILONEWTONS seeks a precision-focused SURVEYOR to support our high-profile construction and infrastructure projects across Dubai. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring millimeter-level accuracy for all our developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct topographic surveys using advanced equipment (Total Stations, GPS, LiDAR)
- Perform as-built surveys and verify construction accuracy
- Establish control points for major construction projects
- Process survey data and prepare technical drawings
- Supervise survey teams on-site
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality surveying standards
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers
- Maintain survey equipment and calibration records
- 5+ years UAE experience in construction surveying
- Expertise with:
- Leica/Trimble Total Stations
- GNSS/GPS Survey Systems
- 3D Laser Scanning
- BIM Coordination
- Software Proficiency:
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Revit
- ArcGIS
- Point Cloud Processing Software
- Surveying Apps (FieldGenius, Magnet Field)
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Dubai Municipality Approved Surveyor
- Licensed Surveyor (Home Country)
- UAV/drone surveying certification
