Supply Planner

Summary

A supply planner will be Responsible for enabling Smooth operations by ensuring the Materials availability on time as per needs being in close contact with suppliers & Stakeholders Starting from sharing the PO with supplier, scheduling shipments ETDs, ETAs, checking and confirming Shipment docs and bag markings, coordinating docs with Logistics, signatories & Banks while frequently tracking shipments and updating trackers.

The key success of the job is the effective and timely communication with high Ownership and Flexibility to ensure healthy stock availability.

A Perfect Candidate Is Preferred To Have

• Good knowledge of how to use Oracle and extract reports.
• Good knowledge of Excel functions,
• Online tracking of shipments from suppliers
• Updating the shipping and tracking system on weekly basis, Highlighting critical changes to stakeholders.
• Familiar with Incoterms, Payment terms, Logistics terms.
• Familiar with MRP, BOM, OTIF, PR-PO, Operations planning.
  
  

• Graduated in Business Administration or Engineering
  
  

• 5+ years experience in Supply planning
