Urgent Hiring: Restaurant Supervisor (Male Only – Hindi Speaking)

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🕒 Experience: 2–5 years in restaurant supervision
📌 Availability: Candidates currently in UAE only

We are urgently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who can speak Hindi and has strong experience in managing restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure proper grooming and conduct.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties based on operational needs.
• Conduct daily team briefings on menu updates, service standards, and tasks.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and accurate order delivery.
• Manage inventory, track stock levels, and assist in ordering supplies.
• Maintain daily sales records and support cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE food safety regulations.
• Train and guide new staff; support continuous improvement of team performance.
• Assist in planning promotions, special offers, and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor dining area during peak hours and provide support when needed.

Requirements:-

• Must speak Hindi.
• Male candidates only.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
