What will be your responsibilities
manage the complete sourcing process of private label products within specified categories under the best conditions in line with the overall strategy
develop and execute sourcing strategies on the subcategory level
contribute to cost base reduction by realizing purchase spend coverage growth
ensure positive
development of the specified subcategories by improving price and other conditions
manage the complete administration process and proactively act upon prolongation/ renewal/ resignation of contracts
build further on Private Label development
comply with the goals/standards set on healthy living, sustainable trade, community engagement, good trading and climate actions
follow market trends
effective stakeholder management
What we expect from you
2 years experience in retail business
University degree preferred
experience with negotiation and category management
very strong communication and negotiation skills
advanced English and Czech
proactive
strong in planning and organizing
motivation to work in international environment
