Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused Solutions Engineer to join our Product Department. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to ensure successful engagement with and seamless integration of the Ctrl Alt platform, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.


This role can be based in our London or Dubai office


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer journey, acting as a trusted technical advisor during the pre and post integration stages.
  • Partner with Distribution, Product and Engineering teams to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proofs of concept to prospects and customers.
  • Own the technical onboarding experience and support integration efforts.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our product stack and the broader tokenization ecosystem.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client technical issues during onboarding and post-go-live as needed.


Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a technical customer facing role (Solutions Engineering, Pre-sales, Technical Account Management, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Experience with financial or FinTech platforms.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and languages (e.g., RESTful APIs, Postman, JavaScript,  etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong desire to work in an early stage Fintech
  • Proven understanding of emerging trends in technology
