About The Role:

The purpose of the Solutions Consultant role is to establish technical credibility throughout the new business sales and renewal process delivering a best-in-industry engagement experience to our customers. In addition, Solution Consultants are responsible for demonstrating how Cirium’s capabilities address industry problems and use cases in delivering maximum value for the customer. Solution Consulting is also the team that develops and delivers sales training and product certification to support our high-performance sales teams across the globe.


Responsibilities

Pre‑Sales & Industry Engagement

  • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and support customer discovery.
  • Lead the technical aspects of customer engagements, identifying needs and pain points.
  • Deliver high‑impact product and data demonstrations aligned to customer use cases.
  • Own technical input for proposals, RFIs/RFQs, and sales scoping activities.
  • Support Sales at industry events and contribute thought leadership content.

Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver product and industry training materials for Sales teams.
  • Lead bespoke Industry 1:1 sessions and product certifications to support go‑to‑market success.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Value, PDS, and Sales Enablement teams to drive continuous improvement.

Technical Account Management

  • Build strong technical relationships with key enterprise customers.
  • Partner with Sales to support account planning and deliver world‑class technical account management


Requirements

  • Must have experience in Airline industry. Additional having experience in airline operation is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Data, Business, Aviation, or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience in a Solutions Consulting, Pre‑Sales, Technical Sales, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with data platforms, analytics tools, or complex technical products.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills, including experience with RFI/RFQ or commercial proposal support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and support customer engagements, including travel as required.
