An established Tier 2 contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a $30m commercial/industrial facility on a Belmont based site. This is a key delivery role suited to a driven leader who thrives on running high-performing sites, managing subcontractors, and delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.

The Role - Site Manager

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day site delivery, including:

• Full site management of a $30m commercial/industrial project
• Driving program, productivity, and site performance
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
• Ensuring compliance with HSE systems and maintaining a strong safety culture
• Managing site quality assurance and inspections
• Running weekly site meetings and coordinating trades
• Working closely with the project team to ensure smooth delivery outcomes
  
  

• Trade qualification (Carpentry preferred)
• Proven experience delivering commercial and/or industrial projects as a Site Manager
• Strong understanding of structure, services coordination, and finishing trades
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and drive site outcomes
• Strong leadership style with a hands-on approach
• Excellent safety awareness and ability to lead by example
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
