Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager to oversee daily site operations. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing site activities, supervising truck drivers, and ensuring smooth coordination between the workshop team and mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise overall site operations
• Coordinate and monitor truck drivers and logistics activities
• Work closely with workshop staff and mechanics
• Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and on time
• Maintain regular reporting on site progress and issues
• Monitor safety, performance, and operational standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate in Hindi (required)
• Hands-on experience working with workshop teams and mechanics
• Responsible, focused, and proactive attitude
• Ready to join immediately 
• in UAE, Willing to relocate in DUBAI, willing to be in the site
• Salary will be discussed during interview
