This Position reports to:

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.

The work model for the role is: {onsite}

This role is contributing to the {Process Automation} in {UAE}.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Creating and driving implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.
  • Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.
  • Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
  • Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.


Qualifications For The Role

  • Excellent ABB Products awareness
  • 7-10 years as minimum on 800xA with AC800M is a must
  • Experience with ABB Minerals Library BMI & PP Library
  • Experience with other ABB systems (Advant, Freelance and AC500) as well as 3rd party systems (FLS, Siemens, Allen Bradeley) is an additional benefit
  • Long experience in Industrial Automation and electrical upgrades, retrofits specially in cement, mining and metals
  • Expertise in industry standard protocols such as Modbus, Profibus & OPC.
  • English is a must, Arabic Language is add-on
