Senior Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems including:
• HVAC systems (DX units, FCUs, AHUs, package units, chilled water systems)
• Electrical systems (DBs, MCCs, lighting, controls)
• Plumbing systems
• Diagnose complex faults and carry out necessary repairs and rectifications
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed as per SLA/KPI requirements
• Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of services
• Maintain service records, PPM checklists, and technical reports
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors for work execution
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures

• ITI in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in MEP maintenance (FM/AMC preferred)
• UAE/GCC experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise buildings preferred
  
  

• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills across MEP systems
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems (DX & chilled water)
• Ability to supervise teams and manage site activities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
  
  

• Ability to work in shifts and attend emergency calls
• Physically fit for site work (heights/confined spaces if required
