🌍 Eligibility: Due to project requirements this role is only open to candidates holding Eastern European nationality currently working in the UAE or elsewhere

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist with deep expertise in telecommunications and Operational Technology (OT) security to join a government project in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Security Architecture:
• Design and enhance secure architectures across IT, OT, and telecom networks
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments
• Support secure integration of IT and OT systems
✅ Incident Response & DFIR:
• Lead and coordinate responses to cybersecurity incidents
• Conduct forensic investigations of IT and OT/ICS environments
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks
✅ Technical Documentation:
• Create clear, comprehensive documentation including IR plans, SOPs, and forensic reports
• Ensure documentation meets compliance and audit standards
🔹 Mandatory Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field
✔️ Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience focused on telecom and OT environments
✔️ Proven track record in:
• Security architecture and secure network design (including OT/ICS)
• Incident response and forensic investigations
• Developing technical documentation and policies
🔹 Preferred Certifications:
✅ CISSP, GICSP, GCIA, GCFA, GRID, or equivalent
✅ Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Cisco, Siemens, ABB)
✅ Technical writing or ISO/IEC 62443 training
🔹 Key Competencies:
• Deep understanding of ICS, SCADA, PLCs, and DCS systems
• Familiarity with telecom protocols (SS7, SIP, Diameter, LTE, 5G)
• Proficiency with forensic and IR tools (Volatility, FTK, Wireshark, ELK, MISP)
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
