About The Role

The Security Manager is responsible for protecting an organization's people, assets, facilities, and information by overseeing all security operations. This role develops and implements security policies, manages security personnel, conducts risk assessments, investigates incidents, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads emergency response activities. The Security Manager also coordinates security training, monitors security systems, and works closely with internal departments and external authorities to maintain a safe and secure environment. Strong leadership, risk management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Build, lead, and develop a skilled, motivated Security team; promote continuous improvement and uphold company values.
  • Oversee all aspects of residence safety and security, including guest and employee incidents, emergency response, and crisis management.
  • Plan and conduct mandatory safety, fire, and emergency training; ensure compliance with UAE laws and company policies.
  • Lead health, safety, and risk assessments; ensure preventive measures and standards are in place and updated.
  • Investigate, document, and follow up on incidents; maintain clear records aligned with legal and insurance requirements.
  • Manage and maintain security systems, surveillance, alarms, and key control; ensure all equipment is functional and compliant.
  • Foster collaboration across departments; communicate security procedures and updates effectively to all residence staff.
  • Monitor department budgets, labor costs, and service contracts; ensure operational efficiency and resource optimization.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as head of department in 5-star luxury hotels and resort.
  • The candidate must be confident and articulate, with the ability to deliver security awareness and operational training to managers and employees. They should demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, and the confidence to engage audiences at all levels while representing the Security Department effectively. .
  • Technology-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new security technologies, digital platforms, and operational systems. Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technological solutions.
  • Proven aptitude in customer service.
