Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and engaging Sales Trainer to deliver practical and interactive training for sales and customer-facing teams.

The ideal trainer should have strong experience in sales and customer service training, particularly within retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG environments.

Ideal Experience

• Experience working or training within retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG environments
• Proven track record in delivering sales and customer service training
• Strong understanding of practical sales techniques and customer engagement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to conduct interactive, engaging, and practical training sessions
• Experience using role-plays, activities, case studies, and real-life sales scenarios is preferred
• Ability to customize training content according to client requirements

Trainer Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and professional sales training sessions
• Use practical examples, role-plays, activities, and real-world scenarios
• Adapt training content to the participants' needs and industry
• Encourage participation and interaction throughout the session
• Provide practical techniques that participants can apply in their daily sales activities
• Provide feedback and recommendations based on participant performance

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant sales, training, coaching, or professional development certifications are an advantage.
