Job Description

The role of a Female Sales Executive Coordinator is essential in driving the sales team towards achieving the company's performance objectives. Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and who achieved targets.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their sales goals and objectives.
  • Handle incoming inquiries related to sales and forward them to relevant team members.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report findings to the team.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by the sales leadership team.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
