Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned hotel areas according to established hotel housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and hotel areas according to hotel housekeeping standards.
• Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest room amenities and supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, furniture, fixtures, and other room surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and other bathroom facilities.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly cleaned, organized, and prepared before guest arrival.
• Replenish toiletries, drinking water, tissues, towels, and other guest room supplies.
• Maintain and organize housekeeping carts, cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
• Follow hotel housekeeping procedures, health and safety standards, and cleaning protocols.
• Use cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.
• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and front office teams regarding room status and guest requirements.
• Complete assigned rooms within required timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with deep cleaning, public area cleaning, and other housekeeping duties when required.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and belongings.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Hotel Room Attendant, Housekeeping Attendant, Room Cleaner, Hotel Housekeeper, Housekeeping Associate, or Guest Room Attendant is preferred.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or other hospitality establishments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, room cleaning, sanitation, hygiene, and guest room standards.
• Ability to operate basic housekeeping and cleaning equipment safely.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning chemical handling and workplace safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, lift, push, and work for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a housekeeping team.
• Friendly, respectful, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel or hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
