- Support the organization and coordination of training sessions for retail teams
- Assist in preparing training materials, reports, and presentations
- Ensure accurate tracking of training activities and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support learning initiatives
- Contribute to the smooth execution of onboarding and development programs
