Retail Supervisor

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supporting staff, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role involves supervising team members, maintaining store standards, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support retail staff during shifts
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Monitor sales performance and help meet store targets
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in retail or customer service (supervisory experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math and computer skills (POS systems, inventory software)
