Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, shift scheduling, and floor management to ensure peak service efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and coach front-of-house and kitchen staff to uphold service standards, safety compliance, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, control wastage, and assist in managing daily P&L by tracking sales, labor, and cost metrics.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to protect brand reputation and enhance guest loyalty.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations (including HACCP and UAE municipal standards).
• Collaborate with management to implement promotions, staff recognition programs, and process improvements.
