Job Description:
We are seeking a polished and welcoming Restaurant Hostess to join our team at a luxury Japanese restaurant located in Jumeirah 1. This role is essential in creating a refined first impression and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth

• Manage reservations, seating plans, and waitlists efficiently

• Coordinate closely with the service and management teams

• Assist guests with inquiries and special requests

• Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant reception area

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hostess or customer-facing hospitality role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Arabic-speaking ability is an advantage

• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury environment

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting

• Experience in fine dining or Japanese cuisine is a plus
