We are hiring hardworking and motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team.

Your Role

• Find and list properties for sale
• Arrange and attend property viewings
• Meet clients and understand their requirements
• Guide clients on prices and market trends
• Market properties through portals, social media, and networking
• Follow up with buyers, sellers, and tenants
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Maintain client database
• Work with landlords, developers, and other agents
• Understand local market trends and possess good knowledge of Dubai’s key areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sales and closing ability
• Target-driven and hardworking
• Knowledge of Dubai property market and areas
• Familiar with property portals and CRM systems
• Professional attitude and presentable personality
