Job Description

Founded in 2025, Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based brokerage specializing in residential and commercial real estate across off-plan and secondary markets. With 7+ years of Dubai market experience behind the business, we focus on market intelligence, RERA-certified expertise and investor relationships.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate or luxury sales
Experience engaging investors and converting leads into transactions
Strong property presentation, negotiation and closing skills
Ability to understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable properties
Proven record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Valid UAE driving license
European language skills preferred

Commission structure of 50%–70%
Fresh daily leads and marketing support
Telesales and content support
Company phone and SIM card
Visa and health insurance
Ongoing training and industry-leading tools
