Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
· Source and sell real estate investment opportunities to qualified investors.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
· Conduct presentations and property tours for prospective investors.
Client Relationship Management
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and investors.
· Build long-term relationships by providing ongoing support, updates, and insights.
· Understand client investment goals and tailor recommendations accordingly.
Portfolio & Investment Advisory
· Analyze and monitor real estate market trends and portfolio performance.
· Advise clients on asset acquisition, disposition, and diversification strategies.
· Collaborate with internal teams to execute transactions and manage investments effectively.
Reporting & Compliance
· Prepare investment reports, forecasts, and performance updates for clients.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Key Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
· Proven experience (3+ years) in real estate sales, investment advisory, or portfolio management.
· Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment analysis, and financial modelling.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios.
