Property Manager

About The Role

Sky Blue Group is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage our property portfolio, ensuring high occupancy, smooth operations, and excellent tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of all assigned properties.
• Handle tenant relationships: inquiries, complaints, renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Oversee leasing activities, including advertising vacancies and coordinating viewings.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor property condition and ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipal regulations.
• Prepare and track property budgets, rent collection, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate records: contracts, payments, service requests, and reports for management.
• Recommend improvements to enhance property value, occupancy, and tenant experience.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in UAE (real estate/property management).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws and RERA regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with property management/real estate software is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
