Project Manager - Civil

Job Title: Project Manager (Civil)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Lead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations.
• Manage risk assessment, cost control, and procurement processes.
• Resolve technical and operational issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience as a Project Manager in the UAE.
• Must be a G+12 Approved Engineer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals.
• Proven experience managing high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Language Requirements:

• English (mandatory).
• Hindi or Tamil (added advantage).
