Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in interior design, joinery, and fit-out works. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of managing high-end interior projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of interior fit-out and joinery projects, from planning to handover.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, site, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
  • Monitor daily site operations to ensure work progress aligns with approved schedules and quality benchmarks.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and contract requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control audits to uphold finishing and joinery quality.
  • Resolve technical and site-related issues swiftly to avoid project delays.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments to manage expectations and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee budget control, cost tracking, and value engineering processes where necessary.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards and all relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and present progress reports and updates to senior management and clients.
  • Handle project documentation including variations, approvals, RFIs, and snagging reports.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing interior design projects, with specific expertise in joinery and fit-out.
  • Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, joinery fabrication, and installation methodologies.
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface effectively with clients and teams.
  • Own car & Valid UAE driving license (must required)
  • UAE experience is preferred.
