Program Analyst

Responsibilities

Knowledge Capital Associates, LLC is seeking applicants for the position of Program Analyst in support of the Marine Corps Systems Command. Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing timely and correct program management advice to the Team Leader and Project Officer, serving as the Assistant Project Officer and participant in Integrated Product Teams.
• Applying DoD/MCSC acquisition processes, procedures, and project management fundamentals to plan and execute acquisition programs.
• Developing and implementing program plans, acquisition milestone documentation, and preparing related acquisition documentation, briefs, and point papers for program executive decisions and Milestone approvals.
• Supporting analyses, studies, and effectively implementing risk management processes.
• Expertly applying DoD/MCSC acquisition knowledge to prepare and staff required acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Program Baselines, Acquisition Strategies/Acquisition Plans, Statements of Work, J&A’s, D&F’s, detailed program schedules, etc.
• Preparing and staffing budget documents such as FARs and Phasing Plans, as well as participating in the POM/PPBES process by developing PIBs, etc;
• Preparing source selection plans, performing market research & course of action analyses, and monitoring and reporting on program progress.
• Occasional travel within the Continental United States will be required (approximately 5%). The candidate hired for this position MUST be able to receive an Interim Secret Clearance from the U.S. Government within 6 weeks from the start of employment. A denial by the U.S. Government to grant the employee an Interim Secret Clearance within that timeframe will result in the individual being dismissed from the position.
